About my pottery

Are all pieces handmade?
Yes.  Each piece is handmade by me with care.  They go through the process of being wheel thrown, trimmed, bisque fired, painted, glazed, and glaze fired to stoneware.

Are your products microwave, dishwasher, and food safe?
Yes.  All functional kitchen wares are microwave, dishwasher, and food safe. 

Will I receive the exact piece shown in the photos?
Yes.  Each piece is listed individually with photos of the actual item you will receive.

Ordering & Products

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are carefully packed and shipped as soon as possible.  This is usually within 2 days.  Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the location.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, worldwide shipping is available.

How do you package pottery for shipping?
Each piece is securely wrapped and packaged carefully to reduce the risk of damage during delivery.  I use recyclable boxes and paper packaging, biodegradable tape, and biodegradable packing peanuts.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and I will assist you with resolving the issue.

Do you offer custom orders?
I occasionally accept custom requests depending on availability, project requirements, and current workload.  As each piece is handmade, custom orders require additional time and planning.  While my focus is on creating original collections, I welcome to opportunity to create custom pieces when possible.  Feel free to contact me with your idea, and I will let you know if I am able to bring it to life.
